Twenty First Century provides customized solutions to needs in the building industry. Since 1989, we have developed a firm that is technologically automated yet maintains a creative environment allowing us to continually monitor our design products. With our extensive experience, we are able to guide clients through the sometimes difficult process of site planning, permit processing, project design and the construction coordination phases of their project development. In addition, we readily coordinate with other disciplines as partners of the design team when necessary for a particular project, and work closely with many local architects, surveyors, landscape architects, geotechnical and traffic engineers as their firm of choice. Coordination between developers and our team is enhanced by our our use of modern technology, including the latest updates of AutoCad and electronic file transfers.

The employees of Twenty First Century Engineering have designed projects as diverse as a single family home addition in Fort Lauderdale to a US Embassy building in Tunisia. Blow-down lines for NASA space launches, ADA-accessible bathroom facilities for parks in Hallandale, forensic damage reports for the reconstruction of storm-damaged condominiums in Vero Beach, or a cliff-hugging infinity-edge resort pool in the Bahamas all require seperate types of expertise, yet all are within the range of solutions XXI has provided to our clients.

Our engineering division provides civil, structural, MEP, transportation, and environmental plans and specification documents as needed by clients.

Our forensic engineering division provides inspection services and reports, mediation and artbitration to home owners and developers as well as the legal and insurance fields. Our storm response team members work closely with insurance professionals and property owners to develop cause and origin analysis, document structural failures, and provide remediation guidlines as necessary following windstorm, fire and other disasters.

And our design/build division provides project management from initial conceptual design, through construction, to turn-key, for residential and commercial projects in Southeast Florida and along the Treasure Coast.
