John Carroll and Gerry Cataldo, as principals, are responsible for the operational decisions of the company. XXI has the advantage of a management team whose principals were friends, graduated from Ft. Lauderdale's St. Thomas High School, and have been business partners since 1978! With a wealth of local experience and contacts, XXI is seen as a team on the cutting edge in South Florida and on the Treasure Coast.
