Our offices are located on the banks of the Middle River, near downtown Fort Lauderdale, in the Victoria Park/Gateway area.
Directions from I - 95: Take Sunrise Blvd East. For a 1 mile section, US1 will combine with Sunrise. Stay in the far right lane to continue East on Sunrise when US 1 veers off North. At the next light, turn right on 20th Avenue. Our two-story office building is on the left hand side, about 3 blocks down. The building is painted yellow. There is visitor parking in front or on the street.

Our offices are located two blocks from the ocean, on Orchid Island, in the Central Beach neighborhood.
Directions from I - 95: Take US 60 East, through downtown Vero Beach. 60 will deadend at Indian River Blvd. Turn left, following US 60, approx. 1 mile until US 60 turns right onto the Barber bridge. Cross the Indian River Lagoon to Orchid Island. At the third light, turn right onto AIA. Turn left at the 2nd street, Bougainvillea Lane, and follow until you see our sign, on the right.
There is visitor parking in front or on the street.
